In this episode I talk about slowing shit down in my relationship. When she gets mad I need to keep in mind that she is not the enemy. So as policy in my life, I enjoy myself when I can slow down my thoughts so much so that I stop other thoughts entirely! And I can only hear her and me!

A great relationship is about two things: First, appreciating the similarities, and second, respecting the differences.
