Many believers begin serving the Lord with joy, but over time, exhaustion, discouragement, and spiritual dryness can quietly set in. Burnout was never God’s design for His servants. In this message from Servitude 2026, we look at Epistle to the Hebrews 12:1–4 and Gospel of John 7:37–38 to discover how God strengthens those who refuse to quit.

Scripture teaches that when our service is anchored in eternal purpose, fueled by passion for Christ, and sustained by the power of the Holy Spirit, we can endure with strength and joy. We are reminded to lay aside every weight, fix our eyes on Jesus, and draw from the living water He freely provides.

The God Who Sets the Table

Many believers struggle to reconcile God’s absolute authority with His deep humility. Yet from the opening pages of Scripture to the empty tomb, the Bible reveals a consistent and beautiful pattern: God moves first. God prepares first. God gives first. God serves first.

Creation itself was a table set for Adam.
Canaan was a table set for Israel.
The cross is a table set for us.

In this message, The God Who Sets the Table, we see that God’s serving heart is not merely meant to comfort us—it commissions us. As dearly loved children, we imitate our Father. We serve because God serves.

In this discussion from The Romans Road series, we explore Romans 3 and the powerful shift from the law that exposes and condemns sin to the law of faith that justifies and frees the believer.

God’s law is truthful and holy, yet it often leaves people carrying emotional weight—shame, fear, and a constant sense of never being enough. Paul makes it clear that while the law reveals sin, it cannot heal the soul. But now, God has revealed a righteousness apart from the law, given through faith in Jesus Christ.

Justification is not earned through performance—it is a gift of grace. Our guilt is placed on Christ, and His righteousness is credited to us. As shame is silenced and fear gives way to confidence before God, believers are freed to live lives of faith-filled obedience—not to earn God’s approval, but because we already stand justified in Christ.
