Going back to the Y with my man Eric Kline.

Growing up I lived at the Aberdeen Family Y.  It helped raise me.  During the holiday's (especially Christmas break) it was always packed with kids and adults.  A lot of great memories.  I dive into some of them.

We either do it or we don't.  It's that simple.

Gratitude.  Period.

Procrastination. Excuses. Rationalizations.  We all do it and we all have them.  It all can become a terrible habit if we allow it.

Yes, things will fall apart.  When we least expect it.

We all. have the exact same amount.  The great equalizer.  What are you doing with yours?

Is that too much to ask?  Nope.
