Dr. Bea MacKay is author and Psychologist helping individual, couples, and families for over 30 years. She has a Ph.D. from University of British Columbia. She lives in B.C. with her family enjoying outdoor activities including hiking, biking, and swimming. Dr. MacKay has also written "Two-You Work: How to Work with the Self in Conflict"; "The Power of Connection"; and "Train Your Brain, Sports Psychology" (coming soon).

Realizing that traditional therapy is not appropriate for everyone, Dr. MacKay also has an online platform "Bea in Balance" offering blogs, quizzes, and advice to those seeking tools in a more accessible format.
