I am writing the entire New Testament by hand. This journey will be long but revealing, edifying, and sanctifying. I hope you all will continue to follow me in this journey. These uploads will be my "Scribal Notes." For thousands of years scribes carefully copied ancient Scriptures, and along the way they add notes to the margins. Sometimes they would correct previous copyist errors, other times they would add context or explanation in the margin for the readers. I plan to share some insights as I write through the NT, and follow a similar tradition as the scribes of old. I hope this benefits you.

There are so many who have been deceived by Satan to believe that "going to church" is being a Christian. That churchgoing IS Christianity. While church is important, it does not replace a life of discipleship.

Whether the thief on the cross was baptized or not, he was saved because of Jesus, not because of anything he had done. I hope you enjoy this episode!

Jim Woodford is an author (get his book bottom of description), speaker, and holds a ministry dedicated to telling others what he saw when he died years ago. According to Jim, he was clinically dead for 11 hours. While he was dead his spirit was transported to another realm where he saw many things. On this episode we got the opportunity to hear what Jim had to say about this remarkable experience.

Are you going through rough times? You may call it a storm upon your life. Storms can cause a ton of damage! They rip through and tear communities, sometimes not leaving much left behind. Sometimes the things we go through in life can be categorized as a storm. Some things appear in our life and do a lot of damage.  In this lesson that I preached while visiting a congregation in Washington, WV, I spoke about the storm that the disciples encountered on the Sea of Galilee, and how Jesus appeared to them in the midst of it. I show the example that we can take from this text. Jesus is there for us in our storms as he was there for the disciples. Are we willing to take the step of faith to put our trust in Jesus even during the storms of life?

Here is a recent sermon I preached. I hope you find it to be educational and insightful. The question that mankind has had for centuries is "is there life after death?" The Bible gives us some information regarding a life after death, and shows us that we need to be prepared.

As always, thank you for listening! Make sure to  subscribe to the Youtube channel: The Religious Coffee Hour
