Everything is energy which means we can use energy tools to help us navigate this world of frequencies and vibrations. We review the tools we’ve discussed during this season. There are the Operational Components of the Emotional Guidance System and the Energy Recognition System. The Emotional Guidance System is our Quality Control, and it’s based on the type of “fuel” we use. If we fuel our thoughts with lower-quality vibrations (hate, jealousy, etc.), then we are guided in that direction.

Witnessing something as profound as Creation changes you. Discovering your beginnings…your true beginnings…is awe-inspiring. Like a small screw or cog in a giant machine, each of us makes the machinery of consciousness run. Start removing screws from any machine, and it quickly breaks down. Although we may think of ourselves as insignificant and immaterial, that’s simply not true. Each of us has worth. We are part of this beautiful planet, and we each have a significant part to play.

What is a daydream? When nighttime dreams spill into the waking state, they are much richer than daydreams. We become lucid, able to control the out-of-body experiences of the dream world. We step into that wisdom we had only accessed during sleep. 

Not only that, our energy frequencies change, and those changes help us navigate the dimensions of dreams. We learn about thought-generated travel that allows the energy of thought to help us travel within our dreams and other meditative states.
