Roy Anderson is an Executive Director with RE/MAX of Western Canada and has been in the RE/MAX system for 32 years. Roy oversees the entire Member Services Department, which includes all RE/MAX of Western Canada franchise relations and events. When he’s away from the office, Roy enjoys spending time with his four children, and has been involved with coaching and mentoring local high school football players in Kelowna and the Lower Mainland for many years. He is also a proud supporter of the BC Lions and Vancouver Canucks.

Jennifer Berry (RE/MAX Crest Realty, Vancouver, B.C.) grew up in beautiful North Vancouver and graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Economics and a Certificate in Executive Marketing. She has been a real estate advisor for HGTV shows such as Property Brothers and Worst to First. Jen has shared her marketing knowledge by volunteering as Vancouver Chair on the RE/MAX of Western Canada Group Advertising Committee. She’s also a member of the RE/MAX of Western Canada Technology Committee and an Ambassador of the recently formed Young Leaders Network.

Colin Krieg (RE/MAX Kelowna) has been surrounded by real estate his entire life. He works closely with his parents, Wolf and Julie, as part of The Krieg Family real estate team. In 2006, at the time of receiving his real estate license, Colin was the youngest REALTOR in B.C. Since then, he has earned many RE/MAX awards and even spoken at the RE/MAX R4 Conference in Las Vegas. When he’s not helping buyers and sellers, Colin enjoys photography, videography, cycling and boating. 

Mike Reagan, Senior Vice President of Industry Relations and Global Growth and Development with RE/MAX LLC, was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, and joined RE/MAX as a director in 1990. His first years with the network were spent transforming the annual RE/MAX Convention into a premier, world-class event. In 2009, Mike began leading the RE/MAX Commercial network, where his direction became the driving force behind the division’s dramatic expansion in membership. Mike’s energy has also helped establish RE/MAX as a leading contributor to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Today, Mike leads global development for RE/MAX World Headquarters. He is an avid golfer and painter, and he enjoys restoring classic cars.

Juli Wenger (RE/MAX River City, Edmonton) is our Northern Alberta Ambassador for the RE/MAX Young Leaders Network; she runs the "Sold Edmonton Real Estate Group," also known as: "Sold YEG." Juli is passionate about empowering and inspiring people with the goal of creating positive change in the world. Born and raised on the prairies, she is a self-proclaimed wine snob, foodie and total goofball.

Scott Predenchuk, a commercial RE/MAX real estate agent in Regina, Saskatchewan, has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. His commitment has led to involvement serving as past chairman and director for the Regina Commercial Real Estate Division, co-founder of the Regina RE/MAX Commercial Group, and member of the Regina Commercial Listing Service since its inception. Scott is a ten-time Top 5 Canadian and World Commercial Team award winner and a two-time #1 World Team award winner for RE/MAX Commercial. 

Melanie Galea (RE/MAX La Biche Realty) is a RE/MAX Hall of Fame agent who services the Fort McMurray area. She has grown her business by leveraging the power of video and, in 2017, BombBomb ranked Melanie #4 in the industry when it comes to top listing video influencers. Melanie has also discovered ways of leveraging her video content, claiming that a single live video can actually be broken into 20 pieces of additional supplementary content. 

Mark Thiessen is a commercial agent with RE/MAX Professionals in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Mark has spent his entire 30-year career exclusively in the commercial real estate industry. He is active in all aspects of commercial real estate including: Investment sales, acquisition and leasing in office, retail, industrial, multi-residential properties, land and consulting. He has authored Winnipeg REALTORS® “Offer to Lease” and he has co-authored the Manitoba Real Estate Association’s “Offer to Purchase,” which has been widely accepted without revisions since 2005. Each of the past three years, Mark has landed in the Top 5 of Western Canada RE/MAX Commercial Associates.

Kingsley Ma is a Director with RE/MAX of Western Canada and works within the Member Services department. Prior to joining RE/MAX in 2017, Kingsley was a Franchise Sales and Development Director with Century 21 for nearly 13 years.
