A strategy is simply a plan of action that you can implement to get you one step closer to your goals!

& there’s a few strategies you are going to want to create if you are setting up an ecommerce/product business…

Product strategy - What are you selling? How much of it? Why? USP?

Pricing strategy - Where do you sit in the market? What will incentivize people to buy from you? How much is too much?

Marketing strategy - How will your build awareness and target the people you want to sell to?

Sales strategy - How are you actually going to sell to them?
