Today, we’ll hear from Belle Resurreccion, a freelance recruitment professional based in Manila, in the Philippines, who works with various teams around the globe.

I first reached out to Belle on LinkedIn back in February after she posted a brilliant comment about the importance of accountability, discipline, and taking ownership of your role when working remotely, and naturally, that really resonated with me. Shortly afterwards, we scheduled to meet and had this insightful, inspiring conversation about developing and growing a remote career.
