It is easy to let Self-Doubt cloud your judgement and keep you from being the best version of yourself. It is easy to second guess yourself after experiencing trauma in your life and wondering if things will work out or will get better.

Yall I did a big chop on my hair and not only did it make me feel better and allowed me to see just how beautiful my hair naturally is but it gave me a revelation. I was holding onto dead ends because I was afraid of letting go of the length of my hair.
