Reed Goossens is an Australian civil engineer turned US real estate entrepreneur, investor, author, podcast host and public speaker. After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad in 2009, Reed decided that rather than spending the next 50 years sitting behind a desk as a civil engineer that he wanted to jump into real estate and pursue financial freedom. He moved to the US in 2011 and bought his first duplex for $38,000. Since that time, he learned the art and science of buying real estate with other people’s money and has amassed a $60 million dollar portfolio of 1700 multifamily units. Reed also has a real estate investing podcast and has written two books on everything he has learned. Reed is such an inspiring, engaging and motivating individual and I really enjoyed this interview and know that you will too!
