Jay has done a phenomenal job at building up a community targeted at helping those who wish to stay employed at the W-2 job as well as become successful real estate investors. Jay has started the W-2 capitalist podcast, Facebook group and virtual meet up. He has successfully invested in hundreds of properties while maintaining his day job as a sales manager at a technology company and having a great work life balance that allows him to do what he enjoys most which is spend time with his family. I was particularly interested in interviewing Jay As he seemed to do a great job at tackling a lot of the issues that I face in my day-to-day real estate investing while working a full-time job with a family.
