Kade’s actions lead to unexpected consequences after he orders Mel and Allie off the park bench. The children learn about Pharaoh’s hardened heart, and just as the Israelites faced challenges, Scruffy also finds himself in trouble when someone leaves the gate open!

At the library, Mrs. Jones introduces Mel and Allie to a book called The Rescue. They uncover the story of Moses, who played a crucial role in God’s rescue plan for His people.

Melody’s mission to adopt Scruffy is a success! Allie visits Jono and discovers that God has a way of turning bad situations into something good—we just need to trust His plan of love.

When Melody sees a poster about a dog in need of a home, she launches a plan to rescue Scruffy. Meanwhile, Jack apologizes to Jono, and they learn about Joseph—a man who was falsely accused but still trusted in God’s plan.

Chloe is in hospital after the incident on Lookout Hill. Mr. Simons and Jono read in “The Book” more of the story of Joseph being accused of things he didn’t do in Egypt. Jack realizes that he didn’t consider all the facts and he needs to make things right with Jono.
