As a leader in every area of your life, your voice rests in your ability to be an influencer.  An influencer of action, an influencer of change, an influencer of culture. Leaders know that influence is more important than authority because influence is what drives strategic vision and it makes things happen whether authority is present or not.  It is never about being the loudest, Find your voice.
