It was our xmas night out Saturday, today we talk about enjoying the holidays, but not going too crazy

If you're on a health journey, and December is a tough month for you to stay on track, this option is the way I would do things

Stop looking for quick fixes because the sooner you come to the realisation there is no quick fix, the better it will be for you 

Today we talk about what we do on weekends when we go out, and do weekends really ruin most peoples goals...

When things are not going well, the cloud gets darker, bigger and sometimes it's hard to see any light on your journey in getting your results

Another December Rant 

I won't do much ranting this month while it's Christmas, but lets get this one out of the way

today we talk about the people who throw the towel in on everything, and why you need to stop this

If you do a plan for 2 weeks, before falling off the wagon again, and you do this over and over, you're never getting results 

so many people want to lose weight, get healthy but just jump from one thing to the next. The next shiny thing, the next quick fix, you have to break this cycle
