In this episode, I’m talking about what I call The Reset,  that stage in life when your kids are grown and suddenly don’t need you in the same way anymore. For me, it hit hard when my son finished high school last year. For the first time ever, I wasn’t buying school supplies, taking first-day photos, or navigating the drop-off traffic. The chaos, the purpose, the mom-uber schedule… it all stopped.

And while I thought I’d love the freedom, the truth is it feels like a weird mix of loneliness and excitement all at once. In this episode, I share my own reset journey, what it feels like to go from full-time mom mode to finding myself again, and some ways you can start filling that new space with things that light you up.
