Have you ever felt stuck, unmotivated, or too exhausted to keep pursuing the things you genuinely desire? Maybe you've been trying to grow in your faith, change careers, start a business, or move forward in life, but despite your efforts, you feel like you're getting nowhere.
What if you're not lazy? What if you're simply exhausted?
In this episode of The Resilient Her Podcast, we explore how stress, repeated disappointments & lack of clarity can lead to emotional exhaustion.
Through the story of Elijah in 1 Kings 19, we also discover how God responds to exhaustion with compassion rather than condemnation, and why we need to extend that same grace to ourselves.
Because tired people don't need shame. They need compassion, strength, and support.

Feeling stuck in life, even though you've been praying, trying, and doing everything you know to move forward?
In Episode 1 of The Resilient Her Podcast, we explore why feeling stuck can be so emotionally painful, especially when your life isn't unfolding the way you hoped or planned.
Whether you're waiting for career growth, marriage, starting a family, or a breakthrough in another area of your life, repeated disappointments can leave you feeling discouraged, exhausted, and questioning yourself.
We'll talk about three reasons why feeling stuck hurts so much: hope deferred, the hopelessness that can develop from repeated disappointments, and how prolonged seasons of feeling stuck can begin to affect our confidence, self-worth, and identity.
Through biblical wisdom and practical insights, we'll explore why it's important to separate our circumstances from who we are and remember that our worth is not determined by what we have or haven't accomplished.
Because feeling stuck is something you're experiencing. It's not who you are.

What does it actually look like to heal and rebuild with God?
In this first episode of The Resilient Her Podcast, I share a personal moment when Matthew 11:28–30 made me realize that although I loved God, I was weary, burdened, and exhausted from trying to be a perfect Christian.
I share four foundational things that have shaped my journey of healing and rebuilding with God: acknowledge, accept, trust, and align.
We’ll talk about becoming honest about what needs healing, accepting Jesus’ invitation to bring Him what we’re carrying, trusting God when healing doesn’t feel linear, and aligning our lives with how He is leading us.
Because healing and rebuilding with God isn’t only something God does for us. It is a journey we participate in with Him.
