On this blessed Easter, we celebrate the resurrection of Christ, a moment more potent than any force known to man, symbolizing His triumph over death and hell. Today, we also rejoice in the sacraments performed within our community, including baptisms and confirmations, recognizing these as profound blessings from God. Reflecting on the humility and faith of Job, who desired only that his words bear witness to his Redeemer, we are reminded of the essence of our faith: the acknowledgment of our sins and the recognition of Jesus as our Redeemer. This acknowledgment is not about our glory but about the grace of Christ, who exchanged His sinless life for our sinful ones, embodying the ultimate act of love. As Job trusted in the resurrection of his Redeemer, we too celebrate that our Redeemer lives, assuring us of our resurrection and eternal life with Him. This Easter, let us embrace the profound truth that in our flesh, redeemed and restored, we shall see God, reaffirming our faith and the promise of our salvation through Christ's sacrifice.
