Did you miss me? I sure missed you guys,hope you are good.

This episode is a very personal one as I discuss something that has happened before to me and is happening again,it comes every few years and makes me feel disconnected from life in general.

I am me physically,but emotionally and mentally it's as if I'm not here just going through the motions. Change is part of life but it can be very scary and that's what it is/was;me trying to hold onto who I was in my 20's.

These are just my thoughts and opinions on the matter and how I dealt with it. It's advisable to seek professional help or speak with a trusted person if you feel the same way.
