Cartoon aficionado Artlee Vasquez returns to the Math of You. Along the course of this conversation, we discuss cartoons inexplicably made from teen movies, the joys of Cree Summer, and how you might be able to build a rocket to space, but can’t get off an island. Signature Cocktail: The Queens Park Swizzle Tall and refreshing, this drink is sure to get you off the island. 2oz light rum 1oz lime juice 3/4oz simple syrup 1 sugar cube small handful of mint leaves 3 dashes Angostura bitters 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters Mint sprig, for garnish Combine ingredients in a shaker or heavy-bottomed glass and using a muddler or wooden spoon, crush the sugar and bruise the mint. Pour into a tall glass, and top up with crushed ice. dash bitters around the insider of the glass, and add more crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
