Signature Cocktail: the Apu Apu It’s a refreshing drink that you can throw together and say “Oh this? it’s just some things I had lying around”. 1oz spiced rum1/2oz peach schnapps1 1/2oz pineapple juice1/2oz simple syrup3/4oz lime juice10 mint leaves4 drops blue curaçao Combine ingredients except blue curaçao in a blender with 6 ice cubes, and blend until smooth. Pour into cocktail glass and add drops of blue curaçao on top. Alternatively, this drink can be served as an up drink, shaken, if you omit the mint.
