For the pineapple: 2 tbsp honey1 tbsp fresh lime juice1 tsp ground cinnamon5-6 pineapple rounds Combine in a bowl and marinate. Grill on each side for 4-5 minutes, and set aside to cool. 2 rounds grilled pineapple1oz lime juice1 tsp honey1oz orange juicesparkling waterCombine pineapple, lime and honey in a heavy-based glass and muddle.
