Our first guest of season two is Daniel Caneda. Originally known as Envoy, he has reprised his role as an artist and creative under the new handle of KUYA. Entwined in music from an early age, KUYA has a rich rooted history in Winnipeg's hip hop scene. We discuss his journey from his early days in the Happy Unfortunate, to his most recent integration into the Bridge and Hammer collective. We also dive deep into his struggles with mental health and how he ultimately came to terms with his diagnosis to return to prominence as an artist.
