The Phantom strikes again… After years of distance from playing Chicago shows, DJ Phantom 45 returned to the drum and bass scene to perform at West Fest in July 2023. Before his set at the street festival, the DJ sat down with Vocalo host (and longtime friend) Jesse De La Peña to outline his career — from drum and bass DJ to club management and back — and his new mixes from 2023.
