What if your worth was never meant to be earned?
Venus is deep in her descent, walking down through the seven gates like Inanna, and on Saturday 24 October she meets the heart of the Sun. Venus retrograde in Scorpio asks one question: where have I placed my worth outside of myself?
In this episode I share how I realised, after decades of inner work and 30 years as an acupuncturist, that my worth hung on what my family thought of me. Why so many of us became healers to rescue the people we needed love from. And what a mentor’s two words, “shut up,” taught me about the stories we tell ourselves.

Is it just me, or does part of you feel called to something big, while another part keeps you quietly, politely small?
Last episode we met the witch wound. This time we go deeper, into what happens when it tangles with the sister wound: the fear of being judged by other women, tall poppy syndrome, and the classroom conditioning that taught us to compete instead of gather.
In this episode, Sister:
Women have sat in circle for longer than we haven't. The ache you feel for sisterhood is memory calling you home.

Venus is about to disappear from the sky. If you've felt the pull lately to go inward, get quiet, lock the door and close the world away, Sister, this is why.
On 3 October 2026, Venus stations retrograde in Scorpio, the sign of the underworld, death and rebirth, for the first time since 2018. For roughly forty days she descends, meets the Sun in the underworld, and rises again as the Morning Star. The ancients told this journey as the myth of Inanna, Queen of Heaven and Earth, who walked down through seven gates, was stripped of everything she believed gave her power, and came back remade.

What is a witch?
Not the creature you were taught to fear — but a woman in total possession of herself: wise, intuitive, creative, a healer. That's the whole terrifying secret.
In this first episode on the witch wound, I trace where our fear of being fully seen actually comes from — the burning times, the dismantling of the red tent, and the memory we carry in our blood and bones, passed down the red thread of our mothers and grandmothers.
We reclaim the words that were stolen from the feminine and turned into weapons against us.
And I get honest about how the witch wound still shows up today — the dropped prices, the magic we build and then barely whisper about, the quiet fear that stepping fully into our power will cost us love — and how we begin to sit with it, soften it, and reclaim what was always ours.
This is The Return of the Red Tent — where we gather by the fire to remember how women once came together.
If you're here to gather women around you too, come and keep the conversation going in the Sisterhood of the Soul, our free circle: skool.com/sisterhood-of-the-soul-9292

Chiron is known as the Wounded Healer—the place in your birth chart where an old wound can become the medicine only you are able to carry.
As Chiron stations retrograde directly on my natal Chiron, I’m returning to this podcast differently: less polished, less palatable and far less diluted. This episode is both a teaching and a reclamation—of my voice, my work and the conversations I am truly here to hold.
We explore Chiron’s place between Saturn and Uranus: the threshold between where we feel bound and where we finally break free. We journey from the wound held in the solar plexus—our shame, powerlessness and “not enoughness”—toward the open heart, where lived experience becomes compassion, wisdom and medicine.
I also speak about the Chiron return around age fifty, its relationship with the menopausal threshold, and why women’s hormonal and emotional experiences cannot be separated from depletion, safety, belonging and the places we have been taught to abandon ourselves.
This is embodied astrology. Not simply what is happening in the sky, but what is moving through your body, your relationships, your purpose and your becoming.
And beneath it all is the remembrance that women were never meant to do life alone.
We were stripped of so much of our womanhood when we were no longer allowed to gather. Bringing women back into sacred circle is part of the healing—and perhaps part of how we change the world.
That is why i created Sisterhood of the Soul & Circle of connection. If you feel the pull to gather in circle or to facilitate. Join me, for you will come to learn to lead,, but what you will find is yourself.

Awaken Divine Feminine
In this episode: Chiron retrograde, the Wounded Healer, the Chiron return, menopause, embodied astrology, feminine power, nervous-system safety, women’s circles and turning your deepest wound into medicine.
If you've ever been curious about women's circles but quietly thought, "I don't know if that's for me," this conversation is for you.
So many women long for sisterhood while feeling nervous about being seen, speaking up, or trusting other women again. In this episode, we gently explore the sister wound, nervous system safety, sacred agreements, belonging, and why circle can feel both deeply comforting and incredibly vulnerable.
This isn't about forcing yourself to open up.
It's about understanding why your body hesitates—and how healing begins when we experience safe connection.
In this episode we explore:
• Why women's circles can feel intimidating
• The sister wound and nervous system safety
• Sacred agreements and emotional safety
• Belonging, witnessing and being held
• Why women were never meant to do life alone
Because when women have been burned before…
they don't need another fire.
They need a tended one.

Together we rise.
What if your body isn't working against you?
What if the exhaustion, anxiety, bloating, weight gain, burnout, hormone changes and symptoms you've been fighting are actually your body's way of asking you to slow down and listen?
In this episode, I share one of my favourite metaphors about the forgotten horse—a story that completely changes the way we relate to our bodies. Together we'll explore body wisdom, nervous system regulation, women's health, Chinese medicine, and why your symptoms may be messages rather than mistakes.
This isn't another conversation about fixing your body.
It's about coming home to her.
In this episode we explore:
• Why your body is not your enemy
• Learning the language of the body
• Symptoms as messages rather than problems
• Nervous system wisdom
• Women's health through the lens of remembrance
• How to begin rebuilding trust with your body
Because your body has never stopped trying to bring you home.

There is a Second Biological Clock Every Woman Should Know About...
Have you ever wondered why one week you feel creative, motivated and full of energy… and the next you can barely answer an email?
What if there was never anything wrong with you?
In this episode, we're exploring the biological clock almost nobody teaches women about: the infradian rhythm. Together we'll unpack cyclical wisdom, the four seasons of a woman's cycle, the moon as a map, and why modern life has disconnected so many women from their natural rhythm.
If you've ever felt exhausted trying to keep up with a world that expects consistency every single day, this conversation is for you.
In this episode we explore:
• The difference between your circadian and infradian rhythms
• Why women aren't designed to live the same way every day
• The four seasons of a woman's cycle
• Burnout, productivity and coming back into rhythm
• The ancient wisdom of living cyclically
Because you are not broken. You are cyclical.
If this episode helped you realise there was never anything wrong with you, I'd love to welcome you into The Threshold—the free doorway into Sisterhood of the Soul.
Inside you'll discover free teachings on cyclical wisdom, the Feminine POWR Pathway, women's circles, astrology, and the ancient rhythms that help you reconnect with your body and remember who you are.

Because women were never meant to do life alone.
Have you ever wondered why some days you feel creative, confident, and capable of anything... and other days you can barely answer an email?
What if there was never anything wrong with you?
In this episode, we explore one of the greatest misconceptions women have been taught—that we should live with the same energy, motivation, and productivity every single day.
The truth is, women aren't designed to be linear. We're designed to be cyclical.
Together we'll explore:
• Why you're not broken—you're living against your natural rhythm.
• The difference between your circadian rhythm and your infradian rhythm.
• The four inner seasons every woman experiences, whether you're menstruating, perimenopausal, menopausal, or no longer bleeding.
• How your menstrual cycle, the moon, and the seasons mirror one another.
• Why understanding your body's rhythms can transform the way you work, rest, move, eat, create, and lead.
This isn't about adding another framework to your life.
It's about remembering the wisdom your body has carried all along.

Because women were never meant to do life alone... and they were never meant to live against their own rhythm.
"I don't really know what circle means... it actually sounds a little intimidating."
When a woman wrote those words to me, everything changed.
I realised I'd been speaking the language of women's circles for so long that I'd forgotten many women have never experienced one—and don't know what actually happens inside.
In this episode, we gently unravel the mystery.
You'll discover why a women's circle isn't about performing, sharing your deepest secrets, or "being spiritual enough." It's about belonging. It's about breathing. It's about being witnessed without being judged, fixed, or told what to do.
As the Capricorn Full Moon invites us to release what we've outgrown, Mercury Retrograde asks us to remember what we've forgotten, and Jupiter moves into Leo calling us to step more fully into ourselves, we explore a powerful question:
What if we've forgotten how to be women together?
In this conversation we explore:
• What a women's circle actually is (and isn't)
• Why circle can feel intimidating at first
• The medicine of sisterhood, belonging, and community
• Why the relationship between women is more powerful than the ritual itself
• How astrology can help us understand the season we're moving through
• Why returning to rhythm, connection, and cyclical wisdom changes everything
If you've ever wondered whether a women's circle is for you, this conversation is your invitation to simply pull up a chair by the fire.
