Biblical prophecy is not of human origin, it is divine. As well, Biblical prophecy builds upon itself as God provided additional revelation throughout history. That which He revealed through subsequent prophets is not in contradiction to that which He revealed through previous prophets. Since God does not change, His plan has remained the same. As the mystery of the future unfolds, He chooses to reveal various segments through chosen vessels at specific periods of history. There is an order and purpose to history, as well as the future.
