At times every leader feel inadequate for the task God has given them.  How do we cope with our feelings?

At times every leader is tempted to throw in the towel.  We must persevere for the sake of God's people.

How important is loyalty between Elders and Preachers?  

According to Ephesians 4, God gave the Church both elders and preacher to bring about unity.  How can leaders bring about unity in the Body of Christ if they themselves are at odds with one another?  Unified friendship among leaders is essential to build a healthy congregation.
