Pain is the price you pay to win.

A lot of people avoid pain, but all pain is, is a feeling that something done more than it's supposed to, and in my world when something has done more than it's supposed to that's a good thing.

One of my core values is to do more than I'm supposed to so I welcome pain.

The reward for pain in the gym is building muscle.

In finances when you take the pain of being in debt or the lack of money, those pains are the price you take to win.

If you are smart about how you manage the pain, you are going to get paid for that pain.

Pain is the precursor to payment.

The force of averge will throw pain at you to keep you average, but I don't want to be average, I want to be great in all aspects of my life.

We gotta make it through the pain points to get to the payment points.

One simple question we often forget to answer is "Is it worth it"

You are spending too much mental time, and its not worth it

Whether it's in marriage, health, or business if you are not focused on making it work, you are wasting your time

Put your time and energy into the solution, because the solution is worth it 

Everything I do in my life I make sure its worth it, otherwise I'm not doing it

If it's not worth the reward, I'm not taking the risk

Before you do anything always ask yourself "Is it really worth it?"
