I have sales pros approach me all the time telling me how big of a closer they are.

They say, "Put me in! I'm a closer!" 

Anyone who comes to work for me has to be willing to wash the toilets. 

Now, do they end up doing that? 

No, most say they're in "sales" and don't wash toilets. 

I'm not here to work with anyone not willing to do the work as basic as cleaning toilets. 

You have to work it like you want it.

When I was born, I was born Ryan McCord.

The doctors said I would never walk again.
