In today's episode, I want to discuss some trends at the forefront of the coaching industry. One is the so-called "freedom lifestyle", where we're encouraged to create our businesses, offering us financial freedom, a flexible schedule and the option to work from every corner of the world. The other trend is promoting conscious, mature relationships and entering the union of divine feminine and masculine energies.

As a holistic practitioner, I see all areas of our life as interconnected, and I very often help my clients on both fronts. In my experience, I noticed that many people are trying to sell their recipe for a perfect relationship (including a boring list of to-dos) or promote their "proven" five-step formula for overnight success. However, not many people speak openly about the healing, the energetic shifts and the spiritual alignment that is required from you to become a conscious partner or a successful entrepreneur.

Yes, these goals are beautiful and available to you. However, they don't always feel like a walk on Bali beach that you're being sold. Because of this lack of awareness, many people quit on their desires early on, thinking that what they want is out of their reach or that they're doing something wrong. I'm here to tell you otherwise.

I see far too many women disconnected from their innate self-worth.

I'm fed up with the narrative that being feminine means that you have to wear flowy dresses, speak softly, never swear and submit yourself to men or be selfless and put others' needs first. I call BULLSHIT. It's a big freaking NO for me.

Being feminine means living in alignment with your inner truth - and this will look different every day.

Being feminine means not expecting yourself to show up the same way every day. It means accepting and expressing yourself fully instead of judging yourself if you can't keep up with some made-up expected standard.

Feminine energy is fluid and changing. So whoever tells you that there's only one way of being feminine is trying to sell you a load of BS.

I know it might be surprising to talk about energy (woo-woo) in the context of business. After all, running a business is structured, logical and down to earth. Well... I disgree. I believe that business is an exchange of energy. So if you want to reach "good" (whatever this means to you) results in your business, you'll get there much faster if you bring your good energy. I don't mean a "happy vibes only" type of energy, but one that is balanced in both strategy (masculine) and flow (feminine). This way, you can create a business that works FOR you and become successful on your terms.

If I'm honest with you... 2022 has served me a huge slice of humble pie. I had to release control over my life and business. And while at first, I thought it would break me, it turned out to be the most crucial step to fully embracing my purpose and feeling more successful, fulfilled, and aligned than ever before.

You see, when you're manifesting your purpose, a business, or a relationship - It's as if you're manifesting a separate entity with its energetics and expression. You are always co-creating. It takes a healthy dose of humility to allow your creations to take their shape. Otherwise, you will either strangle them at inception with the pressure and control or give up with the disappointment that things didn't go exactly according to your plan. At the same time, something much bigger and more powerful was being birthed.

I'm so excited to share the second episode of my podcast and tell you all about Dating the Universe.
