Rich and his co-host Robert Benenato sit down and talk about the new app named Clubhouse. This new platform lets people chat in real time, share stories, collaborate and bounce ideas off of each other using their voice without the need for a lot of other equipment. Robert talks about what he has experienced over the last month when listening to it. Robert also brings up that the two of them should consider using the platform for doing online live podcasts.

RICH CELENZA talks about he grew up constantly blowing off how he felt when it came to his physical and mental health. A lot of times he felt good, but a lot of times he also felt bad. He doesn't know if it was because of the way he was living or if it was because of where he was living. Once he left Chicago in his late teens and got in a warmer climate he started to feel incredible. Sometimes people need to take a hard look at truly how they feel now and how do they want to feel in the future.

RICH talks about how a lot of his friends, family members, and colleagues are dreading what they do. Especially when it comes to what they do for a living. As we age we start to look at life differently than we did in our past. What we liked before we may not like now. What we want to do in the future may be something that we never thought of doing in our youth. What people need to understand is that they can change and they can go do different things. You just need to have the balls and go do it.

When Rich Celenza was younger how obsessed he was when it came to competing against others. But as time went on, he realized that the only person he was truly competing against, was himself. He also realized he wasn't isn't in constantly competing with others but more interested in helping others. The more he helped others the better he felt and the more he learned. He also realized instead of always competing with others, he enjoyed teaming up with others who had the same interests that he had.

RICH CELENZA talks about how he was raised by two parents who were Clean Freaks. Rich also realized how much of a clean freak he had become over the years. But what Rich realized was being a Clean Freak helping him, or holding him back. He found himself wasting so much time cleaning things, he didn't have time to do other things that he wanted to do. What people need to understand that there is a lot more to life than constantly cleaning up after themselves and others.

RICH CELENZA talks about how a lot of people may not realize that they are performers. Especially if they are in sales. There's an old saying that we're actors and the world is our stage. A lot of people also may not realize that a lot of people they follow or look up to are not always genuine and also performing. That can go for the religious figures, politicians, business owners, friends, and colleagues.

RICH CELENZA talks about how a lot of times throughout our life we lose confidence in ourselves. Especially if we've lost our job, or have gone through a bad break up or divorce. Or continuously keep failing at something they want to accomplish. A lot of times we find ourselves slowly but surely spiraling into depression. Sometimes we just need to start over and figure out a way to get back our confidence and remember that succeeding isn't always an easy thing to achieve.

Rich discusses how throughout his life he either been very closed off not wanting to be bothered or finding himself trying to be the life of the party. Robert on the other hand likes to keep to himself a lot of times but when it comes to running his business likes to take charge and lead others.

RICH CELENZA talks about how a lot of people get caught up wanting to live other people's lifestyles. Or want to hand out with others who live a certain lifestyle. If you are someone who does follow others' lifestyles and finds yourself always chasing, or being lead to a path of destruction, it's time to move on. People need to learn how to create a lifestyle that works specifically for them. When it comes to lifestyle what works for other peoples may not work for.

Rich even had a slogan he lived by which was "There's no such thing as perfection...but if you don't aim for it, you'll never get close. But as both of them aged they realized the more they didn't get so caught up with perfection, the freer they felt. The more freedom they had the more open-minded and creative they became.
