Rich understands that one night stands are going to happen, but it should not be not something you're always looking to do when going out or meeting new people.

People need to learn to be very aware because one bad night, with someone you don't know, can lead to a lifetime of hardship and misery.

RICH CELENZA believes a lot of people are not as self-aware as they should be when it comes to realizing how much stress they putting themselves under. Rich also believes a lot of people start neglecting their health because of all the stress their under.

No matter who you are you are most likely going to deal with stress in one way or another. People need to learn how to manage their stress along with trying to stay healthier and that goes for mentally and physically.

RICH CELENZA talks about how people need to become more self-aware when it comes to working out. A lot of people need to start focusing on if they are getting the results the desire. A lot of people get caught in a rut or keep doing the same runtimes and get mineable results.

People need to learn to experiment and try different workouts along with figuring out if their workouts are making them feel healthier or unhealthier.

RICH CELENZA talks about how he thinks most people are not aware of how un-self aware they really are. People for the most part do not always take a hard look at they way they react to certain things and their behavior in general.

A lot of people need to take a hard look at the way they behave and start to figure out if it is helping them or hindering them. The real question is why do we do the things we do?

RICH CELENZA believes that in this day a lot of Sport Analysts and Sport Journalists are full of shit.Rich talks about how he thinks that a lot of sport analysts and sport journalists pretend to be more knowledgeable then they really are. They also pretend to have a lot more behind the scene information.

Rich also talks about his past regarding taking bets and how most sports betters are usually always going to lose after paying the Juice (VIG).

Rich talks about how one time he was in the beautiful state of Utah and had to take a pees so bad he ended up pulling his car over to go. But before you know it the police surrounded him and they were ready to arrest him for numerous violations.

Rich also discusses why people should always carry a hammer in their car especially if you live where there is a lot of show, sleet and ice.

RICH CELENZA talks bout in his past he never really looked forward to doing things the way everyone else did. Rich usually looked at doing something new in the future would end up being a hassle. Just more problems and expenses.

But as Rich got older he started realizing that new adventures and new endeavors excited him and gave him a reason to keep moving forward. He also discusses that people sometimes get to caught wanting big things, when the small things sometimes in life make us the happiest.
