  • Friction, Boundaries and How Not to Care So Much

Some people come into your life for a reason, some for a season, and some for a lifetime. But how do you know which is which? This week Lisa explains the Gate 6 friction transit (your chart is the landscape, transits are the weather), and we each get honest about friction and boundaries: Paulina's journey from fortress walls to no walls and back to healthy boundaries, Lisa on why friction is really just a "discussion", and Bhavna (B), who avoids friction altogether, shares her secret to not caring so much: control what you can, and zoom out. Will this matter in 3, 6 or 12 months? We also get into overthinking, having an honest sounding board, and why routine might be the thing your chaotic life needs.

  • The Penta: What Happens When Our Energies Combine

What happens when three very different women bring their energy together?

This week, Paulina asks Lisa to unpack the Penta, a human design idea about what happens when three to five people come together, whether that’s a family, a business team or three friends starting a podcast. Our combined chart explains a lot, including why we’re brilliant at deep conversations and terrible at sticking to a structure.

We also talk about choosing business partners by design, whether compatibility matters in love, finding your purpose, Paulina’s honest reflection on why she chose not to have children, and Lisa on finally asking “what do I want?” at 55.

Our takeaway: ask yourself the big questions now, not in 20 years. You don’t need the answers yet. Neither do we.

  • What Does a Rich Life Actually Mean?

What does a rich life actually mean to you, and when did you last stop to ask?

In our first episode, the three of us answer that question for ourselves, from three different decades and three very different starting points.

Bhavna shares the moment everything shifted for her: handing her baby over at preschool and thinking, “Is this how it’s done?” Lisa reflects on growing up Gen X, following every rule, and asking “who am I now?” once the kids have left home and the business is no longer her life. Paulina takes us back to being a 27-year-old general manager with 130 staff, going through a divorce, and the life coach who asked her one question that changed everything: what does a happy life look like?

    We also get into:

    • Why so many people can’t answer “what brings you joy?”
    • Programming vs conditioning, and why we live the way we do
    • Who decided a day should look like this anyway?

We leave you with three questions: What brings you joy? What does a rich life look like to you? And are we living in a simulation?

Pull up a chair and join the conversation. If this resonates, follow the show and send us the questions you want us to dig into next.
