Being a father is something I take very seriously. It is my life's goal to be the best dad I can be. I have a 3-year-old son and a 1-year-old daughter. I realize the important role I play in their lives. Statistics show that children that grow up with a father in their lives have a much better shot at a life that is not filled with hardships. In this episode of The Richie Show, I hope to shed some light on the importance of dads in the home. I also share my personal experience as a dad and what I have learned through it. I hope this episode challenges you as a father to be the very best you can be for your children!

In this episode of the Richie Show, I interview professional basketball player/actor/model Tyrone Hall. We talk about playing basketball together in Belize, about his career and the challenges he has had to overcome to continue to follow his dreams. At the peak of his athletic career, TJ experienced one of the scariest things a person can experience. His heart stops beating in the middle of a basketball game and he collapsed. He also shares about his mentality and the way he sets goals. His story will motivate you to keep going even when things get tough. Life is not always fair but it is a joy to live it! Enjoy!
