— There is a difference between the CALL and the PREPARATION for the call. You must be processed and prepared for what God called you to.

— As you are being processed and prepared you are going to see others get started BEFORE you and if you are not careful you can get jealous. But there is no reason to be jealous. You have your own race with your own grace. They have their own race and their own grace. You don’t have the grace to run their race and they don’t have the grace to run yours.

— Another reason why you should not compare yourself to other people, is because their assignment may not require the same level of preparation that your assignment does. The greater the assignment, the greater the preparation.

— God will prepare you in obscurity before He exposes you to the masses!

— While you are being processed, God is HIDING you and FEEDING you, and YOU are GROWING!

— There will come a day when you can no longer be HID!

— You are learning some things today that you are going to need tomorrow.

— You have to be faithful over where you are today, so you can be ready for the next phase/season/stage when it comes.

— Don’t get SO caught up in what will happen SOME DAY that you fail to maximize what is happening TODAY!

— If you are not faithful over little, God will not give you charge over much!


— You don’t maximize where you are right now, you will not be ready for LATER.

— You may think you are waiting on God, while he may be waiting on you to GET READY!
