Here's a simple plan to follow:

1️⃣ Grab a pen and paper, or your smartphone notes app, and jot down your top goals for the next 12 months. Be as specific as possible, including the metrics you'll use to measure your progress.

2️⃣ Make sure your goals are achievable and relevant to your personal growth, whether it's related to competition, fitness, a specific movement, or any other area of your horse life that you want to improve.

3️⃣ Set a realistic timeline for each goal. Remember, we're aiming for 2024, so break it down into smaller milestones along the way.

4️⃣ Once you've written down your goals, take a photo of it! 📸 Share it on our Facebook Page and let's inspire each other to achieve greatness.
