John Covey is a 19 year old, intuitive paranormal investigator, Team Leader/Co-Founder of the Junior Investigating Paranormal Society (JIPS), the Executive Promoter of the Central PA-ranormal Convention annual charity event, and the Chief Operational Officer of the R.I.F.T. Radio Network.

Growing up, John has had many experiences living in a haunted house which compelled him to establish the "First National Paranormal Organization Created and Ran by Teens". Founded in 2010 with Lead Field Technological Investigator, Austin Ulsamer, together, they have conducted many investigations of haunted locations such as the Haldeman Mansion, Selma Mansion, the Ghost Town of Alvira, the Pajama Factory, and have worked on many cases in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Also, on the team is Lead Supervising Investigator, John’s mother, Debi Covey, and Investigator, Shyler Kreitz. Branching out from the team, both John and Debi were fortunate to travel abroad in 2018 to Europe, studying the history and culture of the French and Italians. While on their journey, he had psychic intuitive experiences in the Roman Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and the lost city of Pompeii which has shaped how he looks at his investigative strategies. In addition, John has been featured on many internationally known radio shows and podcasts discussing his perception of the field as well as the cases he has aided on. With that, John is a radio personality known as “The Gentleman” and has hosted, “The Orion Effect” with Howie Odell on the R.I.F.T. Radio Network.

With his intuition, it was passed down from his mother, Debi and with her guidance, John has been able to embrace his abilities and use them to help all he comes in contact with, whether physically, spiritually, or simply as a human being.
