The truth is, most of the time, we know exactly what we need to do. There isn’t really a secret. A better question to ask instead of “what do I need to do?” is “How do I get myself to do what I already know I should do?” When we come at the problem from this perspective it is much easier to actually effect change. We target ourselves and our own behavior rather than constantly looking externally for something that will be the magic wand.
