In the Book of Habakkuk, we hear the prophet's desperate cry: "How long, O Lord?" as he witnesses a world consumed by violence and injustice. Yet, out of the despair of the prophet's complaint, God delivers one of the most vital declarations in all of Scripture: "The righteous shall live by his faith." Dr. Larson encourages us that as we face modern hostility and persecution, we turn to the sure and certain hope that our Lord, Christ Jesus has already conquered evil, and that we are saved and sustained by faith alone.
