The Ringo Zone

Hello! This is Episode 28 of The Ringo Zone, a Steven Universe fan podcast, and we’re talking about When It Rains.

Evan is back! Oh man. And he has a decent explanation for his absence, too. It involves a geyser of blood. Definitely worth running just a little bit longer than usual. Plus, big important episode!

Hello! This is Episode 27 of The Ringo Zone, a Steven Universe fan podcast, and we’re talking about Catch and Release.

There’s usually some paragraph with some info here and it feels weird for there not to be, so this sentence is here!

Hello! This is Episode 26 of The Ringo Zone, a Steven Universe fan podcast, and we’re talking about Sadie’s Song.

This one went a bit longer than normal, but it’s a solid episode, I promise, it earned that. Also, Randy’s audio can be MILDLY choppy at a few moments, so sorry about that. It’s not by any means awful, or anything, and it won’t happen again, but we’re aware that at a few parts it’s at least noticeable.

Hello! This is Episode 25 of The Ringo Zone, a Steven Universe fan podcast. We’re back from the hiatus, and we’re talking about Nightmare Hospital.

We have a guest host, LaQuaya, illustrator extraordinaire. She’s here mainly because she happened to be next to Dillon for this recording, and because telling her to be absolutely silent while he recorded for 30-40 minutes would have been really weird. And because she’s really, really great, for real.

Hello! This is Episode 24 of The Ringo Zone, a Steven Universe fan podcast. We’re talking about the classic episode, Giant Woman.

We have had a disappointing release schedule during the hiatus, I know, but you’ll have some bonus episodes coming at you once they’re edited, and we’ll be releasing weekly once the show starts back up. I am truly sorry that you have to listen to this lost gang of misfits, without Evan doing his whole Evan thing and Dillon not struggling to reign the conversation on topic, but it’s a good episode regardless.

Episode 23: Watermelon Steven by The Ringo Zone

Hello! This is Episode 22 of The Ringo Zone, a Steven Universe fan podcast. We’re talking about An Indirect Kiss. During the hiatus, we will be still be releasing, some episodes with guest hosts, some with just us. The guest host for this episode is Russian Max, who is, crazily, actually speaking with that accent for medical reasons (this isn’t a bit right now, I’m actually being serious).

I realize that this one is pretty late; I am truly, truly sorry. The reason(s) for that are all good ones, I promise. We have another episode, and a bonus episode, both being edited (they damn well better be) as I type this, so there should be no delay the next episode being released on schedule.

HELLO. This is Episode 21 of The Ringo Zone, a Steven Universe fan podcast, and we’re talking about Too Many Birthdays with our guest host, Cyril the Wolf. We had planned to get you more episodes before the show came back on, but the date caught us by surprise, and there have been some issues internally. We might get another one out before the show returns next week, if not, we’ll still be releasing weekly when it comes back.

This episode got incredibly off topic but it was fun as hell to do, Cyril was, again, a great guest host. His website is cyrilthewolf.com, and his YouTube channel is youtube.com/user/CyrilRufus.

Hello! This is Episode 20 of The Ringo Zone, a Steven Universe fan podcast. We’re talking about Friend Ship. With Steven Bomb 3 ending, we aren’t 100% sure what we’ll be releasing before the show comes back in proper, but we will continue to release episodes in that period.

I’m sorry, truly, that this is being released a little bit late. With recording/releasing the same night, issues with sound quality turn directly into issues with editing, and if the choice is between a slightly late release or a low quality episode, I think this solution makes the most sense.
