I looked at several "best meditation apps in 2023" and liked this list a lot:

I'll add that I use Calm daily; there is a lot to like about Insight Timer and I still use that sometimes.

Ten Percent Happier Meditation is from Dan Harris, whose book "Meditation for Fidgety Skeptics" has helped lots of people find their way to mindfulness and meditation.

Several friends tell me they like Headspace and tends to get strong reviews for the number of options and the fun interface.

Healthy Minds Program is Free and doesn't have adds or push you to get a subscription.

Daily Photo Cleanup: Open your photo app on your phone or laptop, and from a screen that displays all the photos enter today's date (month and day only: Feb 23) and sift through the photos taken on THIS particular day: reminisce, remove duplicates, and retain the extra precious ones. You'll miss some days, sure, but it's a great habit that will gradually reduce the size of your photo collection, and create a regular habit of gratitude and savoring!

4.   PW: I don't know if I can handle it.

5.   PW: Once I get past this speed bump, then things should be better/smoother.

   Inner Wise One: There is no pain-free or problem-free life waiting for me, even though I deserve the idea of both.
