This week we’re reflecting on what we’ve learned about ourselves over the last seven days and the uncomfortable truth that every new level seems to bring a new devil.

This week we're riding the high from our strategy planning day, which got us reflecting on just how far we've come. We listened back to some of our very first episodes and were reminded exactly where this all began.

So, we're revisiting our first ever episode and the reason The Rise and Hive exists: to create a hive built on connection that gives people the courage to believe that they can.

Of course, no episode would be complete without a bin update. We've now discovered Scotland's very own Bin Ambassador, who appears to have a direct hotline to the Chief Bin Officer at the council. Frankly, we're impressed and slightly jealous.
