At some point in our lives, one way or another, we've gone through heartaches. They don't necessarily just come from a failed relationship or a breakup but they can literally just be through any failures or disappointment from your work, friendships, family... 

For this week's episode though, I will be sharing the five ways on how to move on from a heartache caused by an almost lover. There's probably nothing more hurtful than losing a person you almost had and so this week, let's dive in a handful of ways which could help you move on if not at least help you lighten up the pain.

This week's episode is all about learning how to cope with Mental Health Issues. I will be sharing with you my previous struggles with my mental health, how bad it can get and some ways for you to manage your struggles and hopefully get better. 

This is a very personal topic for me because those times were the most difficult years of my life. Thankfully, I recovered and learned so much from it.

I know that there are a lot of people who can relate to this. Unfortunately, the world isn't as open as I wish it was when we talk about Mental Health struggles. I have encountered a lot of people -- old friends, colleagues, new acquaintances, asking me how I ended up working and living overseas. 

So for tonight's episode on the Ground Podcast, I will be answering those questions and will be giving you a peek of how life has been like abroad. I will share how I ended up in Dubai and the struggles I had to go through being a young Filipina overseas worker.
