The second hour of the Rita Cosby show, started with the mention of the brutal attack that took place last Sunday, where a 16 year old punched an elderly woman ,entering the church, in the face and then robbed her. Rita was really upset he was only charged with assault. She continued the show by talking about how Denver, following NYC, will be defunding the police in order to make room in the budget for the migrant crisis taking place.
