In this week's episode, I am excited to welcome Jose Alejandro. Jose is a men’s life & leadership coach, impact-driven marketing strategist, somatic practitioner, men’s work facilitator and apprentice rite of passage guide.
He is the Founder of Intentional Impact; a program focused on helping impact-driven men increase impact and income with intention and integrity.
He is also the Co-Founder of Modern Renaissance Man, a movement empowering modern men to create the life they love. Through brotherhood, leadership training, transformative experiences and resources, they inspire men to unapologetically express their truth and own their power with an open heart.
He bridges his personal life experiences and hero’s journey with his training in somatic experiencing, trauma-informed coaching, menswork, breathwork, ancestral wisdom, and rites of passage to inspire leaders to own their stories, release limiting beliefs, and embody their truth.
In this episode, Jose shares his story from his childhood and experiencing his parent's divorce. We then discuss Jose's hero's journey leading him back to his family's heritage in Puerto Rico. Jose then shares his leadership style, why he wants other men to lead with impact, intention and integrity, and what those words mean to him.
