The River - Durant, OK

7/31/16 Today we stop along the Route at 1 Kings to look at Elijah. Then we'll make 3 more stops at 2 Kings and 1st & 2nd Chronicles. We'll be looking at your spiritual eyes, the power of decisions, the Tabernacle of David and more.

8/7/16 Healing is in God's nature. Healing is our inheritance, and it's something we're meant not only to have but to share. Healing was even a part of the Old Covenant. The curse has been removed but the blessing remains. Jesus was always healing people, but when He left, He didn't take that with Him. He past the baton on to YOU!

8/14/16 Scott Hinkle, a missionary to America, was our guest speaker this week. He builds a case that Christianity was never meant to be lived any other way than burning hot. This message is a challenge to live life at the boiling point. But how can we do that? Listen in!

8/21/16 In today's episode, we cover the next three stops along Route 66: Ezra, Nehemiah, and Esther.

8/28/16 By coincidence or divine intervention, the verses we've selected from each of the poetic books happen to each be on prosperity. God wants you to prosper and he teaches you how! Today we cover Job, Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, and Song of Solomon

9/4/16 If you're just joining us in this series, you don't have to go back to the very beginning. In fact, this is a great place to start. Isaiah is called the Messianic Prophet because of how much he talked about Jesus. In Isaiah 53 we find a powerful and unforgettable prophecy about the coming of Jesus and what He would do for us. Then we move on to Jeremiah, Lamentations, and Ezekiel on our Route through all 66 books of the Bible.

9/18/16 It only takes one single match to start a wildfire. The tongue has that much power and more! With just one word of hatred spoken in haste, we can destroy someone's life. However, with that same tongue we can also help another find life eternal! This message helps us renew our minds so we will speak words of wisdom and love to those around us.

9/11/16 Have you ever prayed to God, and felt like your prayer didn't go any higher than your head? There is a way to speak with God, and know that you are heard. The message today explains how to do this. When you speak to God this way, you can know your prayer has the "Green Light" right to the throne!

9/25/16 Continuing our journey through the 66 Books of the Bible, we now enter a section known as the Twelve Minor Prophets, beginning with Hosea. Only called "minor" because they were not as well known as the majors, these men of God made some very profound declarations!

10/2/16 Amos 9:11, the Tabernacle of David. This is the only mention in the Old Testament of David's Tabernacle being rebuilt, which is us. In the Old Testament there were three places for worship, first the Tabernacle of Moses, the Tabernacle of David, and Solomon's Temple. David's Tabernacle was very different than the other two and very significant for us.
