Recent world events point us to the sobering realisation that we are living in the last days. In the midst of global conflicts, famines, earthquakes and a long-drawn pandemic – Scripture encourages us to keep our faith and continue telling others of the Kingdom that is to come. We are called to partner God and position ourselves as channels of His life-giving river in our community and the nations.
During His time on earth, Jesus grieved and wept for a friend, for a city, and for a sinful world. Today, His heart still breaks for the lost and the least, for those who are sick and suffering. As His disciples, do our hearts break and grieve for the people and things that matter to Him?
