Over the past two years I've done several shows with women talking about their weight loss journeys. Today, I am so very excited to have a man as my guest talking about that same subject. Nate West was 32 years old, weighed 350 at his heaviest and knew he couldn't go on that way. Every morning his knees,ankles and back felt like they were gonna break. He started swimming and doing push-ups and sit-ups. Couldn't do many in the beginning but he remained determined and after 3 months he had lost over 60 pounds. But then, like so many people on that same journey, he hit a wall. It was then he decided to change his diet and give up pop. He started exercising more and more. All in all it took him about a year and a half to do so, but he did get to his current weight of 150.
