Rob O'Donnell talks about his active duty son and his wife requesting military absentee ballots from Lackawanna County at the same time, one says the request has been received, the other days later nothing. O'Donnell explained: now this isn’t the ballot, this is just the federal request for a mail in absentee ballot to be sent (which is different then a simple mail in ballot but mandatory for active duty requests) With only 9 days until Election Day, them needed to mail out the ballot, it get received by the voter, completed then returned, every day matters. Again these were requested at the same time.
