Clare M. Lopez is a strategic policy and intelligence expert with a focus on Middle East, national defense, WMD, and counterterrorism issues. Specific areas of expertise include Islam and Iran. Lopez began her career as an operations officer with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), serving domestically and abroad for 20 years in a variety of assignments, and acquiring extensive expertise in counterintelligence, counternarcotics, and counterproliferation issues with a career regional focus on the former Soviet Union, Central and Eastern Europe and the Balkans. She has served in or visited over two dozen nations worldwide, and speaks several languages, including Spanish, Bulgarian, French, German, and Russian, and currently is studying Farsi.

Now a private consultant, Lopez also serves as Vice President of the non-profit forum, The Intelligence Summit, and is a Professor at the Centre for Counterintelligence and Security Studies (CI Centre), where she teaches courses on the Iranian Intelligence Services, and the expanding influence of Jihad and Sharia in Europe and the U.S. She is affiliated on a consultant basis with DoD contractors that provide clandestine operations training to military intelligence personnel. Lopez was Executive Director of the Iran Policy Committee, a Washington, DC think tank, from 2005-2006. She has served as a Senior Scientific Researcher at the Battelle Memorial Institute; a Senior Intelligence Analyst, Subject Matter Expert, and Program Manager at HawkEye Systems, LLC.; and previously produced Technical Threat Assessments for U.S. Embassies at the Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security, where she worked as a Senior Intelligence Analyst for Chugach Systems Integration.

Lopez received a B.A. in Communications and French from Notre Dame College of Ohio (NDC) and an M.A. in International Relations from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University. She completed Marine Corps Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Quantico, Virginia before declining a commission in order to join the CIA. Lopez is a member of the Board of Directors for the Institute of World Affairs and also serves on the Advisory Board for the Intelligence Analysis and Research program and as an occasional guest lecturer at her undergraduate alma mater, NDC. She has been a Visiting Researcher at Georgetown University and a guest lecturer on terrorism, national defense, international relations, and Iran there, at the FBI Academy in Quantico, VA, and the National Defense Intelligence College in Washington, D.C. Lopez is a regular contributor to print and broadcast media on subjects related to Iran, Islam, counterterrorism, and the Middle East and is the co-author of two published books on Iran.

Gordon Chang has appeared before the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission among others. He has warned that Chinese students attending U.S. colleges and universities have become the long arm of Chinese totalitarianism, that students, professors, and scientists have become “nontraditional collectors” of intelligence for China, and has stated that China's influence on activities on American campuses have infringed on academic freedom, violated sovereignty, and have violated U.S. laws. Further, Chang has claimed that China is not trying to compete with the United States within the Westphalian order, but to overthrow that order altogether.
U.S.-China “cold tech war”
In his book, The Great U.S.-China Tech War (2020), Chang submits that China and the United States are involved in a what he terms as a “cold tech war,” with the winner being able to dominate the twenty-first century. He notes that a decade ago China was not considered a tech contender, but Chinese leaders have made their regime a tech powerhouse, with some now finding China to be a leader with America behind in critical areas. Chang advocates mobilization for the U.S. to regain what it once had in control of cutting-edge technologies.
Collapse of China
As the author of The Coming Collapse of China, since 2001 Chang has repeatedly said that the Chinese government would eventually collapse. Chang also says that China is a "new dot-com bubble", adding that the rapid growth by China is not supported by various internal factors such as decrease in population growth as well as slowing retail sales. In a separate interview, he remarked that China achieved its 149.2 percent of its current trade surplus with the United States through "lying, cheating, and stealing" and that if China decided to realize its threat that had been expressed since August 2007 to sell its US Treasuries, it would actually hurt its own economy which is reliant on exports to the United States; the economy of the United States would be hurt by a sell-off of Treasuries, causing the United States to buy less from China, which would in turn hurt the Chinese economy.
Since 2001, Chang has made predictions that the Chinese government will eventually collapse. Shen Dingli, director of the Center for American Studies at Fudan University, wrote that Chang's predictions "collapse his own credibility."[citation needed] John Tamny of RealClearMarkets has criticized Chang's predictions and analyses about China, stating that Chang possesses "limited knowledge of simple economics" and that "Chang’s feel for China has been impressively incorrect for close to twenty years, and if his latest commentary is at all indicative of his grasp of what authors economic growth, Chang’s batting average on the matter of China isn’t about to improve."

Join Rocci Stucci, Donna Fiducia, Don Neuen and Jovan Pulitzer as we discuss his ongoing mission to expose and correct the ways ballots are handled, processed and audited in American elections.

Pulitzer is best known for creating and patenting: CQR—a platform that was developed to “help codes talk with each other.” Two decades ago, his technology “linked the physical world to virtual, and now unique codes are found to link physical to virtual around the globe.” Some have tried to discredit Pulitzer as a failed inventor for his CueCat bar-code scanner but he seemed to be unphased by the claims, saying “it was the most adopted peripheral in history.”

It was his presentation to Georgia State Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Dec. 30 that publicly showed how kinematic artifacts on ballots can expose election fraud. This, simple, and expeditious solution was discussed in an UncoverDC article on Dec. 31. The article explains,

“Kinematic artifacts are “evidence on paper” of folding, printing, and markings on the physical ballots. Every physical process applied to a ballot leaves marks, many of which are invisible to the naked eye. Pulitzer said he could quickly detect many kinds of election fraud by running the ballots through forensic scanners designed to detect these kinematic artifacts.”

Gaslighting is a form of psychological manipulation that seeks to sow seeds of doubt in a targeted individual or group. It makes them question their own memory, perception and sanity.

The tactic relies on persistent denial, contradiction and lying in an attempt to delegitimize the victim’s belief.

gaslightingThe term “gaslighting” comes from a 1938 play, and subsequent 1944 film adaptation, in which a murdering husband manipulates and confuses his wife by dimming the gas lights in their home and then denying it’s happening.

Psychology Today: “It works much better than you may think. Anyone is susceptible to gaslighting, and it is a common technique of abusers, dictators, narcissists, and cult leaders. It is done slowly, so the victim doesn’t realize how much they’ve been brainwashed.”
