First, we had a long discussion concerning why band dudes are so short and then we recapped UFC 252.

Before we got to talking about relevance and necessity of Backing Vox/Tracks we discussed the new Michael Cohen book talking about the president and the first chick that developed in your class. 

Alfonso and Span had a very passionate discussion on what they thought of the use of Backing Vox vs Backing Tracks in live touring. Corey Taylor potentially leaving Stone Sour HAD to be discussed too as Corey is, without a doubt, the singularly most important person on the young side of rock stardom.

We had a surprise guest today and together we discussed the Cardi B/Megan Thee Stallion track WAP as part of Alfonso's FB beef story. We also discussed how bjj players get their belts and previewed the expected highlights from the UFC 252 card.

After Alfonso's FB beefs discussion we got around to discussing Chiropractic youtuber that Alfonso likes which caused Span to detour into some WAY NSFW discussion. Then we found out #5 seed Yoel Romero pulled out of his fight with #9 Middleweight fighter Uriah Hall and what that would do to the UFC On ESPN card for 8/29. We finished discussing what touring would be like for Alfonso in 2020 and sneezing contests at Sturgis.

Alfonso has entirely too many folks in his feeds talking conspiracy theories so we had to break that down. Then Span relayed more info he found out about why The Loft is closing. And then they both had a LOT to say about concert promoters and how they may be dickheads, but their job is crazy hard.

We started off discussing Trump's insane Axios interview, then the dogs started acting up. We FINALLY talked about Corey Taylor's therapy session with Noisey. What's this about The Loft's closing fb post being deleted and we attack the local rock discussion again focusing on the 'just a local band' label Alfonso hates OH SO MUCH.

Ted Nugent thinks BLM is a bunch of things it is, and a bunch it's not. Alfonso and Span work it out. Alfonso caught a news break about The Loft and Alfonso really wants to discuss the Local Band label he really, REALLY hates so we started the discussion here.
